Fresh Artic White Fiber Cement by James Hardie was the perfect compliment to make this home even more inviting.

The larger custom Azek Portico added more coverage & functionality to the front porch. The new columns and deep inset of the peak created a lovely touch of depth to an otherwise square home.

A new GAF Timberline HD roof finished in Williamsburg Slate brought further texture and it’s subtle red hues tied everything into the existing brickface.

New seamless white gutters and black shutters were the finishing touch that tied the entire design together.

Switching to a neutral color and dividing the levels of the home into Clapboard on the first floor and Straight Edge Shake on the second and third floors brought a new level of sophistication to this classic home.

A custom window surround was designed and built into the 2nd floor bay windows with white Azek to add an additional touch of elegance and minimalism.

Our cherry on top was a new roof finished in GAF Timberline HD shingles in the color, Birchwood adding texture & a cooling shade.

Sitting on a beautiful golf course font property, these homeowners needed an exterior remodel that matched the elegant appearance they were looking for. Because of this, they went with James Hardie siding. An amazingly durable and long lasting product, James Hardie looks beautiful. It’s safe to say that the homeowners were thrilled with the results.

We were proud of this beautiful exterior remodel in Middlesex County. Removed and replaced the roof, siding and garage doors!

The outdated tan and cream color was replaced by a refreshing look from James Hardie. You can also noticed house the white trim compliments James Hardie siding so well the results tell the story!
